know the Law 154 is on the side of animals - contact your local city hall or police station for the direct contact of the person to report

Law 154 was enacted in 2008.  It calls criminal mistreatment, abandonment and neglect of animals.  The trick is to identify the person in your local PR town that will enforce the law.   Work as a community to show your local government you want law 154 enforced.  If you run into road blocks post on Puerto Rican Paw Power and we will work together on a solution.
