Like the rest of the world, there are many environmental issues currently facing Puerto Rico.  As an island, these issues are magnified, there are limited resources and the ecology of the Caribbean is particulary sensitive. Perhaps due to historical and societal influences the solutions to the problems in Puerto Rico are slow to materialize, but there are many dedicated groups that are working toward a cleaner, more environmentally conscience Puerto Rico.  We believe in supporting these groups to discover the problems, educate the public, and seek and implement solutions that benefit all of Puerto Rico.  For more information see the links to the left.
